What a joy and pleasure it is to bring you greetings as the 28th President of the International Armour Bearer’s Young People Union (IABYPU) of the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ, Inc. Over the next three years I look forward to the great opportunity for God to do astonishing and mighty things through you and the IABYPU. Our Bible says “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen” (Ephesians 3:20-21).
The theme for the IABYPU over the next three years is ABYPU 365: Engaging, Equipping, Empowering. The guiding principle of ABYPU 365 is the desire to engage as many young men and women while providing opportunities to be empowered by God’s Word through an extension of events, workshops, conferences and webinars. These opportunities will equip youth with significant tools needed to experience the “wholeness” that God has purposed for our lives. We are made “whole” through God who gives balance and guidance by his grace “365” days a year. I am believing and praying that together we will explore new and innovative ways to engage your youth, equip your developing leaders and empower this upcoming generation to rise to another level in Christ. It is my hope that you will be “empowered” and prepare to take the church to a new level.
As I conclude I pray God will continue to fortify you for the journey ahead. Please know I am here to assist in any way for the building of the kingdom. If you have any questions, concerns or thoughts for myself or the IABYPU executive staff please feel free to contact via any of social media outlets or web page at www.iabypu.org.
Thank you to all local and diocese unions who reported during the 2019-2020 spiritual year! Your contributions to the International ABYPU allowed us to sponsor two scholarships, and several youth events for unions in need throughout the organization.
